To secure a place in one of our programs, please
- Complete the relevant paperwork and forward, together with your cheque/money order for full payment to PO Box 1024, Firle, SA 5070.
- Complete the relevant paperwork and forward, together with a copy of your Bank Transfer Transaction Receipt to deb@positivelydogs.com

School Fees
- $90 for the first term undertaken in 2012 – this will include the Train at Home Guide (an 80+ page book that has been written specifically to follow the course curriculum and will remind you of those things you have learned in class)
- $50 per term thereafter
- Students who undertake the Gold class will need to pay $90 for their first Gold term. This will include the Gold Train at Home Guide. $50 per term thereafter

Please clearly identify yourself (or, more importantly, the person whose name appears on the registration form) and your dog in the Description of Transaction (e.g. Fido Smith) and be sure to INCLUDE A COPY OF THE TRANSACTION with your registration form.
Cancellation Policy: A full refund, minus $5 administration fee will be given if cancellation notification is received in writing/by email up to 7 days before commencement of class. No refund is applicable if notification is later than this.
Vaccination
Your dog must be fully vaccinated and a copy of the dog’s current vaccination certificate or recent antibody titre results must be shown when you enrol or on the first night of Term.
Equipment
Please ensure your bring your dog to training on either a flat collar, a harness, a martingale or a head collar. Choker/Correction collars, prong collars and electric (shock) collars are not permitted.
If you are considering purchasing a harness for your dog, please wait until you have heard the beginners talk on week one of term as we will explain to you our rationale for our promotion of the Sense-ible and Sense-ation front attach harness (available and correctly fitted at the School).
We request that your lead is no longer than 1.8~2m.
